Description
This sand is from the Fraser River, in Richmond British Columbia, and is not processed. River sand is suitable for pre-loading, because it exhibits light weight per cubic meter. It is also good for the making of grass sports fields, by the means of top-dressing the grass with the sand. Regular lawns and golf courses can also be top-dressed with river sand. The reason why river sand is good for top-dressing lawns is that it has a very uniform gradation.
